I am strictly sfw artist but i do take suggestive or adult themes (such as suggestive/pinups/nude, heavy gore, heavy body horror, heavy topics, drug usage or 420) not nsfw or straight up pornography and i will ask id to ensure that you’re an adult!If you unsure with your request feel free to ask me in dms!

Make sure you read all my TOS before requesting a commission!! By commissioning me, you’ve agreed to my tos.
🌺COMMISSION🌺🖤 Must’ve at least minimum of 16 yo to commissioning my art.
🖤 All my prices are set to USD, however i do accept different currencies but please ask beforehand since i will convert them to how much my art worth not how the currencies worth in different currencies.
🖤 You’re must be 100% serious about commissioning me when placing a commission.
🖤 I have the right to deny any commission (especially when the request is out of my skills)
🖤 My commission turnaround for small comms is 1-5 weeks! (Larger commission such as detailed scene, ref sheet, emotes, etc may took 4-8 weeks normally. If the request given are complex enough, may be finished less than 3 months unless stated otherwise. Some art may lasted 3+ months due complex or lot of request given) and yes, sometimes for large commission, eta are not a guarantee. However it will be done in given estimated time unless stated otherwise.
🖤 My commission is first come first serve. (But sometimes I work from the easiest one)
🖤 I will not work until I receive the money.
🖤 You must have clear, visible and not shaded visual reference (ref sheet) of your character. It can be SFW ref sheet, suggestive or nsfw (nsfw are best to be censored)
🖤 I always provide work in progress (wip) to clients, and any art updates will be announced in my discord server.
🖤 All finished commissions piece will be posted to my ko-fi.
🖤 You can ask for private commission (private comms may get fee depending on the type, and i will not post the finished product on anywhere. Asking to draw something gross for a private commission is not an excuse, i will not draw anything gross.
🖤 As buyer, you will receive the finished art via google drive or email. (digital art only)
🖤 I have the right to use or sold un-approved sketch as ych or personal use.
🖤 For quick update, please check my trello🌺REFUND🌺🖤 Once i receive the money, it’s non-refundable, unless stated otherwise (in rare cases) then as buyer you may received partial or full refund, depending on the progress.🌺USAGE OF ART🌺🖤 As commissioner you can use my art as personal use, such as profile icon, social media banner, telegram stickers, personal prints, ect!
🖤 As commissioner you may not using personal commission as commercial uses! (Ask beforehand if you want to use my art as commercial use, you will get charged 3x original price you bought, payment for commercial use us one time payment only)
🖤 As commissioners, you’re allowed to repost my art as long as you credit me properly.
🖤 You’re not allowed to feed my art into AI generators.
🖤 You’re not allowed to use or mint my art as NFTs.
🖤 You’re not allowed to trace or claim my art as your own.
🖤 You’re not allowed to modify and use my art to engage in problematic and unethical way, such as bigotry, human right abuses, and any disgusting way (both as in usage or as in support)🌺ADOPTS AND DESIGN🌺🖤 As the owner of my design, you’re free to change the adopt’s gender, species and pattern as you wish.
🖤 All my adopt came with commercial rights.
🖤 Don’t sell my adopts higher than the price you bought it (you can if it comes with additional arts)
🖤 You’re allowed to color pick or take inspiration from my design, but you’re not allowed to blatantly copy it (i.e. heavily trace or making cheap copy of my design)🌺ART BASES🌺🖤 You can use my F2u bases freely!
